Well written
- Does the Chamber of Industry and Commerce mean the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Bolivia, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Santa Cruz, or the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Montero, or something else. Just trying to get an idea of the scope of it.

- Taking a look at Bolivian Copyright Law, a signature doesn't seem to fit under any of the listed protected works. The closes I could find was "Books, pamphlets, articles and other writings" but given the surrounding context, I think I'm safe to assume that signatures likely don't fall under "other writings", which just means other types of literary work.
