The
Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, a member of
Historic Hotels of America, was built in 1929 as Mayfair Manor Hotel Apartments, designed by Louis Asbury Sr. I can't tell if this is same person or father-son or anything else. I created
Louis Asbury Sr. as a redirect to
Louis H. Asbury. Is that correct? --

I'd say yes. According to the NC Architects link in the article, his son was Jr., and later joined the practice.
