Marshall-Edgeworth index

I finally wandered over to this article, and I think that it's a fine contribution! I would like to see the Marshall-Edgeworth index

Okay. I just don't want to screw-up any longer-term vision that you have for this article. Resizeable delimiters

You can get automatically resized parentheses and brackets thus:

\left( \right( \left[ \right]

For example

<math>(\frac{1}{2})<\math>

renders as

but

<math>\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)<\math>

renders as
