  • File:Green Day - Let Yourself Go.ogg needs to be trimmed to no more than 17.7 seconds
    • Done - However, it is showing 18 s while it is precisely 17.69 s
  • "The band begun" → Green Day began
    • Done
  • "However, the song" → "Let Yourself Go" debuted (assuming it is a debut)
    • Done
  • "However, the band had revealed the "official live video" of the song a month before the release of the song on August 1, 2012." - rewrite
    • Done
  • I suggest a thorough copy-edit for the entire article. I won't list any more prose issues for now.
    • Done
  • How are Cinemablend and The Reporter reliable sources?
    • Done
  • The "Immaculate Noise" citation should be listed as HitFix
    • Done
  • Canadianrockalt.blogspot.com is most definitely unreliable. See WP:CHARTSCHART for a list of all valid music charts and where to source them from
    • Done

The biggest issue in terms of GA status is prose quality. Please read and re-read the article for how the article is written. I will place the article on hold for now. — Andrew s talk 06:56, 22 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Although outside the GA criteria, the references are in a dire state of formatting. Publishers should be linked the first time, if they have a WP article. Print publications should appear in italics, and non-print not. Dates should be formatted consistently throughout the article. I see the formats: date month year, month date, year and YYYY-MM-DD. Pick one and stick with it (but not date month year, which is the British English way, which is not appropriate for an American song). — Andrew s talk 06:56, 22 December 2012 (UTC) reply

  • Done - Let me know if I missed anything.

All that is left is the copyediting and 2 ref fixes. I'll be finishing it by tonight. Thanks! TheSpecialUser  TSU 02:33, 30 December 2012 (UTC) reply

  • I went through the article and did find issues. I tried to improve the prose. Let me know if more copyediting is needed (I can ask some friends to help me out). Thanks for your time. Happy 31st in advance :) —  Yash  [talk] 12:43, 30 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Sorry for being away for so long—I had an extended beach holiday without internet access. Anyway, back to the review:

  • The entire Artwork section appears to be original research. If there is no reliable discussion of the cover, then just remove it, as it isn't vital for a song's article.
    • Done
  • There is no prose discussion of chart performance. See 4 Minutes (Madonna song)#Chart performance for an example of how to do this.
    • Will be done by tonight
  • Per WP:USCHARTS, there are a few too many charts listed in the charts table. It's OK to mention these (briefly) in prose, but don't overload the table. Ie all the US charts listed except the Hot Rock Songs should be removed.
    • Done
  • The prose seems to be in a better state. Good work.

  • I'm again sorry for the delay (someone passed away who was close to me so I was in blues). I've an entire day free tomorrow and I'll be sure to address the issues in 3 days max. Thanks for the patience and the time. —  Yash  [talk] 12:06, 19 January 2013 (UTC) reply

I'm going to close this review with the result of not listed. The nominator seems to be inactive in the past two weeks. I recommend a renomination once the issues listed above are addressed. Adabow ( talk) 09:45, 3 February 2013 (UTC) reply
