The biggest issue in terms of GA status is prose quality. Please read and re-read the article for how the article is written. I will place the article on hold for now. — Andrew s talk 06:56, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
Although outside the GA criteria, the references are in a dire state of formatting. Publishers should be linked the first time, if they have a WP article. Print publications should appear in italics, and non-print not. Dates should be formatted consistently throughout the article. I see the formats: date month year, month date, year and YYYY-MM-DD. Pick one and stick with it (but not date month year, which is the British English way, which is not appropriate for an American song). — Andrew s talk 06:56, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
All that is left is the copyediting and 2 ref fixes. I'll be finishing it by tonight. Thanks!

Sorry for being away for so long—I had an extended beach holiday without internet access. Anyway, back to the review:

I'm going to close this review with the result of not listed. The nominator seems to be inactive in the past two weeks. I recommend a renomination once the issues listed above are addressed. Adabow ( talk) 09:45, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
