torpedo battery info needed

I added to the World War II section, including mention of torpedo battery at Kvarven Fort, and contrast vs. successful torpedoing by Oscarsborg Fortress torpedo battery. This Kvarven Fort article needs to include some comment on why its torpedo battery wasn't used, or wasn't successful. From what I gather, the Germans presumably knew of this torpedo battery and perhaps could have avoided its threat, by staying out of torpedo range which may be shorter than artillery range, but that is speculation and I don't know. Some specific info here is needed! -- do ncr am 22:32, 9 November 2014 (UTC) reply
