  • ... that a men's soccer team hired Jenna Winebrenner (pictured) to analyze game film and practice with the squad? Source: KC Star: "Part of her role involves analyzing video of opponents and providing the Comets certain data-points"; Platte County Citizen: "Winebrenner now has multiple duties with the Comets, including stepping in during practices and competing with the players"; MASL: "'I do some video work and analytics on game film ... Then I'm able to get out on the pitch and compete against them during practice'"

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: Yes
  • Other problems: No - The hook uses "team" twice; the latter could be switched to "practice with the squad". Perhaps "men's soccer team" should be linked to the Comets page.

QPQ: Done.

Overall: Just need some work on the hook. Sounder Bruce 00:00, 15 March 2024 (UTC) reply

Thanks, @ SounderBruce. Changed "team" to "squad", does that do it? To keep focus on the subject, I'd prefer just the one bold link in the hook, but it could be added. Hameltion ( talk | contribs) 02:10, 15 March 2024 (UTC) reply
My comment got cut off (adjusting to a new keyboard and all); I do think it would help readers to have a link to the team, especially since MASL is rather unfamiliar. Sounder Bruce 04:05, 15 March 2024 (UTC) reply
@ SounderBruce: Fair enough, added link. Hameltion ( talk | contribs) 04:25, 15 March 2024 (UTC) reply
Good to go. Sounder Bruce 04:30, 15 March 2024 (UTC) reply
