Oppose for now. There's nothing wrong with using cited middle names as
WP:NATURAL disambiguation, as long as they're not obscure, but in this case there's only one Jason Baumgartner with an article, so disambiguation is unnecessary. If another one gets an article in the future, this can be revisited.
