Because ThreatCon is mentioned in the Information Operations Condition (INFOCON) page, it should either be merged into that page or made into its own page. Although similar to INFOCON, it's not maintained by the US Government, so a seperate page might be a good idea. But I have noticed that they often increase together, although INFOCON can be raised by reports of terrorists trying to gain access to US government computer systems while ThreatCon is usually limited to threats to home users and private businesses. ~Tom Owens
I recommend removing ThreatCon into it's own page. It doesn't seem like it should be listed with a Governmental Operation Condition Section
