This article is written in British English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, travelled, centre, defence, artefact, analyse) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. Hold on, in the trivia section there is a bit that relates to the name Spindleshanks. Are we sure that isn't a nod to Robert Burn's Address To A Haggis? The verse I'm think of runs

I feel like this page should be split. After all, it's currently about an entire franchise which is taking up a lot of space on a page that might hinder other users' various desktop sizes. Perhaps one should be for the books and the other should be for the television adaptations—not split into four pages, if that's what you think I mean—but maybe one for the books, the other for both television shows, and leave the namesake as a disambiguation link?
