Since Fouke is in Arkansas, shouldn't this be a part of WikiProject Arkansas?

Image:BoggyCreek.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Like many of its type, this article currently focuses on a list of "sightings", while pushing the opinions of academics into the background as 'skeptics'. And like many other subjects of its type, chances are there's a lot going on here beyond what this article currently implies. While I've done some cleaning up here and there, the article still reads much like a monster hunting manual entry. @ Tronvillain: and @ LuckyLouie:, if you haven't looked at this one, you might be interested. :bloodofox: ( talk) 20:26, 28 June 2018 (UTC)

We may want to rephrase.
