The {{ Nobots}} template was added to this article with an edit summary of "try a bots flag to discourage further contentious edits"; and my recent removal of it was reverted with the edit summary "the bot will try to change the original date format".

There is no evidence in the last few years of bots either making contentious edits, nor of one changing date formates. Accordingly, I have again removed the template.
