Gee's program of "academic transformation" at West Virginia University generated widespread criticism [1] [2] in national publications in 2023, with The Atlantic, for instance, headlining its coverage: "What Happens When a Poor State Guts Its Public University." Not answering for GuardianH, but the Forbes piece is by a contributor, not a reliable source ( WP:FORBES). The Nation piece doesn't support the text you wrote. And headlines are not reliable sources nor worth mentioning. The content currently in the article, which includes the two no-confidence votes, already indicates that his decisions are unpopular, so what is the point of redundant text?
