Hyphen in title

I believe the title should use a endash instead of a hyphen. MOS states "When naming an article, do not use a hyphen (-) as a substitute for an en dash that properly belongs in the title". [1] – Gilliam ( talk) 06:03, 30 May 2016 (UTC) reply
