what is the evidence that memos actually exist. Has the computer used to create been identified, sequestered and forensically examined?

how did comey have access to memos after he was fired?

In the first place, he showed them to multiple associates at the time he wrote them. In the second place, they were not classified or confidential, and there was nothing to prevent him from keeping copies. -- MelanieN ( talk) 03:06, 4 July 2017 (UTC) reply
