According to this page, the 2013 Bulgarian entry in the Eurovision contest was sung in the "Shopski" language. According to Macedonian nationalism#cite_note-78, "Shopski" refers to various dialects of Bulgarian language. Is there some sort of sociocultural or political statement being made here?
