If I recall correctly, Ian Stewart was present for this song because the band employed him also for "Rock and Roll" on IV. I'm not sure, so I'll let someone else add that to the article.
In addition : which guitar synth? I thought they were intotruced in 1977 (see: guitar synthesizer). The sound is of the mandolin, the acoustic guitar and the reverb. Saemikneu ( talk) 12:12, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
Whether or not a particular song was "heavily influenced" by another is a matter of subjective opinion that can not be stated using Wikipedia's "voice". If the statement is to appear in the article, it must couched in language such as "Writing in his [NAME OF BOOK], {NAME OF PERSON] opined that the song was "heavily influenced" by ... ".
