Sasse's upcoming position as president of the University of Florida was removed from the infobox for some reason. I don't understand this. Politrukki ( talk) 12:18, 8 October 2022 (UTC) reply

Candidate likely to become president of a university is not an office that a person can hold. The moment Sasse indeed occupies the office of president, it can be noted in the infobox. -- M.boli ( talk) 22:04, 14 October 2022 (UTC) reply

Sasse is the sole finalist. Typically when a person has been nominated, but not yet taken office, the infobox says the person was "nominated". While there's no rush to include a nomination in infobox, there's also no rush to remove it based on unsubstantiated reasons. Politrukki ( talk) 11:56, 15 October 2022 (UTC) reply
