Clarify Cook and St. Lawrence River

The article states "In preparation for the fleet's approach to Quebec, James Cook surveyed a large portion of the river, including a dangerous channel known as The Traverse." but it is not clear the "the river" is the St. Lawrence River. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.68.103.141 ( talk) 13:25, 2 January 2022 (UTC) reply
