Results/Dates for Battle Need to be Changed

What is the basis for declaring the battle over in mid-December? Sheikh Maskin was seized Jan 25, 2015 by rebel forces alongside Brigade 82. I think that this should be listed as a decisive rebel victory ending on 1/25/15. If a government counterattack materializes and retakes the town, it can be classified as a separate action. As it stands, the cut-off date for this action seems entirely arbitrary and pushes the capture of the city to the page for the 4th Deraa Offensive, while evidence would indicate that this result was the consequence of a multi-month effort on the part of the opposition Southern Front and Al-Nusra. if the article is to be closed, the result should be listed as Decisive Rebel Victory, because this is not an ordinary rebel victory. Alhanuty ( talk) 16:00, 12 November 2014 (UTC) reply

The battle its not over, the SAA will likely launch a counterattack, like in Latakia, but its important to mention that this its one of the last offensives being mostly made by FSA, since in Idlib the FSA have just evacuated forever and same fate in Aleppo Gov. This its the "FSA Ardenenes offensive", its last Gamble. 200.48.214.19 ( talk) 13:09, 19 November 2014 (UTC) reply

Map of the situation Needed

A wide map of the Ongoing situation its needed, maybe someone could cut/paste a small piece of the Syrian Civil War Template for the Infobox. 200.48.214.19 ( talk) 12:41, 25 November 2014 (UTC) reply

Content.

Whats the criteria of reporting casualties, just saw 3 ISIS casualties edit being removed from the content section by User Katmetz, claiming that tipe of info its unnessesary, only to be replaced by a single Hezbollah loss. This Page its being polluted by that User. 200.48.214.19 ( talk) 12:46, 28 November 2014 (UTC) reply

Rebel victory?

So this battle started with the rebels holding the town, and ended with it split 50/50....but this is a "partial rebel victory"? What? Is there no unbiased wikipedian even looking at these articles? 2.97.202.220 ( talk) 15:39, 4 February 2015 (UTC) reply
