Austro-German relations → Austria–Germany relations — First reason: replacing hyphen with en dash per WP:ENDASH. Second: All other bilateral relations use the country name format instead of prefixes to describe the relationship. — Tavix |  Talk  17:14, 12 April 2009 (UTC) reply

Any additional comments:
  • There are, by the way, over 400 similar pages that either violate WP:ENDASH (unspaced even though one or both country names contain a space) or use some other format (eg. "Greek-Turkish relations" or "Greco-Turkish relations" instead of "Greece–Turkey relations"), or use non-alphabetical order for the countries (eg. "Turkey–Greece relations"). I'm not proposing that anyone should move all of these by hand (maybe a bot could do it?), just pointing out that not "[a]ll other bilateral relations use the country name format instead of prefixes to describe the relationship". Both Austria and Germany people are ethnically German. Why are you removing it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vince123456789 ( talk • contribs) 17:15, 10 December 2010 (UTC) reply

Austrians are not viewed as of German ethnicity. That is a concept of the 19th and early 20th century. I removed it. Source: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/au.html 213.162.68.190 ( talk) 21:09, 19 October 2015 (UTC) reply
