Al-Difa' – ' is essential because this would change the meaning of the word from الدفاع The Defense => to الضفة The Bank [of a river]. A quick google search shows this is more prevalently used:

Support – As long as Al Difa remains a redirect, as for those who are not familiar with the Arabic language, it becomes the most obvious search term.
