• "Although not an active polity in MAS leadership": I don't think "polity" is the right word -- it is used to talk about forms of government at the state level, not within political groupings.

• "becoming a titular senator for the Santa Cruz Department": I also think "titular" is not the intended meaning; it means "in name only", or "having a title without power".
  • It works in the context but I agree there might be a better word. In Bolivia, we have a senador titular and a senador suplente; a "titular" and an "alternate/substitute". • Is Hugo Salvatierra worth a redlink? I see the Spanish Wikipedia has a redlink for him.

• "Shortly after her resignation, Salvatierra took refuge in the Mexican embassy." Why? Was there some public anger at her for some reason?
  • There was general anger at most ruling party officials and parliamentarians around this time, largely due to their political affiliation. I could add a mention of that if you consider it important. Krisgabwoosh ( talk) 21:21, 25 August 2022 (UTC) reply

• "Ultimately, it was agreed that the MAS would participate in a Legislative Session in which Áñez would be recognized as president of the Senate": this is cited to the CEB, but given than the next sentence says that MAS "reneged" on this pledge, do pro-MAS sources agree that they did promise to participate?

    • My concern is whether this is NPOV -- if a MAS member were to read this, would they think this is a neutral description? It seems unlikely they would agree "renege" would be a fair word to use. If there are no public comments from MAS, then we could make it clearer that this is the CEB's point of view, instead of saying unequivocally that MAS reneged in Wikipedia's voice.       • There are nuances to the CEB's report that are best saved for another time. However, I agree that "reneged" may prove objectionable. I've shortened the sentence to still work while making less accusatory claims. Krisgabwoosh ( talk) 01:22, 26 August 2022 (UTC) reply
