Merge Adverse abandonment

I propose merging Adverse abandonment into Abandoned railway. Adverse abandonment is a one line definition which has no business being its own article. Ironmatic1 ( talk) 06:06, 31 January 2022 (UTC) reply

Support merge Adverse abandonment is a real thing, to give one example, the Housatonic Railroad filed an objection to Metro-North Railroad's attempt to discontinue HRR's trackage rights and abandon the Beacon Line in 2021: [1]. But the subject makes more sense covered within this article than as a standalone stub, unless enough sources covering adverse abandonments can be found. Do you think I should go ahead and merge the text (a whole sentence!) and redirect the adverse page to the US section here, Trainsandotherthings? Doesn't seem like anyone else is gonna comment. Ironmatic1 ( talk) 20:27, 7 February 2022 (UTC) reply
No objections from me. Trainsandotherthings ( talk) 22:59, 7 February 2022 (UTC) reply
