This article should be named "9-11 (2001 book)" or "9-11 (Noam Chomsky)". Anyway, the book was first published under the simple title "9-11" in 2001 : the essay "Was there an alternative" was added 10 years later. So the article title shouldn't be "9-11 : Was There An Alternative".
