From here [1]: "Györi ETO FC have been disqualified from participating in one of the UEFA club competitions for which it may have qualified in the next three seasons (2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14)." Since they "qualified" for 2012/13 UEL and was subsequently banned, they have served their sentence of being disqualified from ONE club competition, and so are now eligible to play in Europe for 2013/14.
