someone needs to update the polls in here for the 10th, 11th, 14th and 17th. I know someone has been for the 10th and 17th races, but the 11th and 14th need to be updated too. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.62.185 ( talk) 11:55, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
Suggesting merging Teri Newman into this article because it fails WP:POLITICIAN and WP:BIO as a stand-alone article. Arbor832466 ( talk) 15:45, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
Same rationale as above :) Arbor832466 ( talk) 15:56, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
This is the only District ( Illinois's 17th congressional district election, 2010) which has its own election article, and I see no particular reason for that. There are lots of close races, and I see no reason why the material has to be duplicated. I've just spent a lot of time updating each article so they're back in sync, which is the usual problem when an additional article is created. What was especially irritating was that the Green Party candidate wasn't even mentioned in the lede or included in the infobox. He's on the ballot, so ignoring him is simply wrong. I removed the duplicate August 30–September 2, 2010 Anzalone Liszt Research poll from IL-10 and also removed the October 15, 2010 We Ask America poll. The crosstabs on that poll show a 135% representation in the Democrats column leading me to believe the data is questionable. Cheers Cardinal91 ( talk) 19:31, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
Someone needs to update this article to include the final results and such. Please do that ASAP. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.62.185 ( talk) 22:24, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
I think we need to add it now, its already been added for the 8th and we need to add it to the rest of the races. Can someone please to it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Politics2012 ( talk • contribs) 22:04, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
