This seems like a no brainer. The existence of this article is really a bad example of
Wikipedia:Recentism. But why not start a formal merger discussion,

Oppose on the grounds that Zulia seems to have been particularly affected, and the 62 references in the article support independent notability. I think that the best solution is just to link the two articles more clearly, which I have started with a link in the see also section of the broader article.
