Yes, this is an odd one. I can't find anything to say it's not happening, when obviously it isn't taking place. You'd think there would at least be a press release from the ICC to confirm it, seeing as it's part of the Super League! Maybe hoping for Zimbabwe to head there after the Pakistan tour, or even for Sri Lanka to go to Pakistan to play the matches there. Now that would make sense (at least to me)...
