Not useful to merge the two articles. New Business Strain is an observed phenomenon, and Zillmerisation is one way of dealing with it. There are others.

The link to the 'original paper' as HTML and PDF links to an English translation instead. Perhaps that should be reflected in the link text, such as 'Translation of the original Zillmer paper'.
