It is used for the Taiwan tourism website: Engish Taiwan .net Zhinan Temple It is used for the station name at the same locale by the city of Taipei: Zhinan Temple Station And also by Wikipedia for the station name for the temple: Wiki Zhinan Temple Station It is used for the mountain which has the same name: Zhinan Mountain It is used by the post office, for the road of the same name: TW POST Zhinan Branch It is used by the local elementary school named after the temple Zhinan Elementary School It is used by other parts of Wikipedia, in wikimapia, for roads of the same origin: WikiMapia Zhinan Road All of these places have the same name in Chinese. That is indisputable. Using this convention, a simple Google News search using "Chi nan Temple" (in quotes) resulted in no results other than this wikipedia page in question.
