Pinyin apostrophe

Zhen'gao is an incorrect spelling according to the official rules of pinyin which specify that an apostrophe is only needed before a vowel in order distinguish cases such as 真誥 zhēn gào (correct pinyin zhengao) vs 正傲 zhèng ào (correct pinyin zheng'ao). Zhengao is correct and unambiguous because the apostrophe is used for Zheng'ao and Zheng'ao only. Therefore I moved this page from Zhen'gao to Zhengao.
