Phonology

The 2020 Oxford Handbook of African Languages has a chapter on Zenaga, which I am trying to use to add more information to this page. One issue I'm unsure of is the phonology section, specifically the consonants-- the chapter includes a table of the Zenaga consonant inventory, but /k/ and /g/ are listed as postpalatal and /q/ as velar. I wasn't able to find an explanation for this (as opposed to the usual designations of /k/ and /g/ as velar and /q/ as uvular), so I'm not sure if I should just add the table as it's listed in the book? Would love to get some opinions on what to do for Phonology section in this page with that in mind. Blueshiftofdeath ( talk) 18:39, 13 February 2023 (UTC) reply
