– This stub article for a "small river" does not meet the standards to be the primary topic. It lacks long-term significance over the common French given name, and it lacks usage as well - despite the river being in the primary topic location, the name has nearly twice as many views over the past 90 days. (2501 for the name, 1440 for the river)

Support with the caveat that the given name is the clear primary topic. Outside of any context, the first thing that comes to mind when hearing the term is that it is a person's name.
