Mukhin is clearly a conspiracy theorist, in my view, but this is a BLP and it is more appropriate to describe him as an author, then detail his support for conspiracy theories. This is also the approach taken by other language wikis. - Darouet ( talk) 16:48, 9 September 2016 (UTC)
