Dear Wikipedia,
In regards to the 'style' section of Yung Gravy's Wikipedia page,
In addendum to the information about his style being influenced by trap music and old-style music, it ought to be noted that Yung Gravy draws multiple references from basketball. As Hauri is 6'6, it is more than likely he grew up playing basketball at a competitive level, and thus he certainly learned of famous basketball players. Songs such as 'Alley Oop' reference players such as Tim Duncan, Magic Johnson, and Dirk Nowitzki, players that Hauri likely grew up watching. Thus, this piece of information that Hauri alludes to a number of basketball players - in multiple songs - should be added to this article in order to expand readers' information about this up and coming artist.

Please change Baby Gravy 2 from the extended play section to the album section because it is an album according to Yung Gravy himself. Flame26667 ( talk) 02:24, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
As someone who has been listening to gravy since day one, I’ve seen a very sharp change in the gravy style. The particular flow and style of gravy’s songs changed around the time he started collaborating with baby no money. This change has almost split gravy into two. So the question, what is better? In my opinion I think both are great. The gravy persona will always be great. But to me the old gravy is better. I think the words and style of beat are better than the more modern new beats. This isn’t to say that there are no good new gravy songs. And if gravy is having fun producing the music with baby, I don’t think anyone can tell him to stop. There's been 2 cases of vandalism lately. Just thought that the page should be semi-locked for a bit. https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Talk:Yung_Gravy&action=edit§ion=new — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ricey244 ( talk • contribs) 22:35, 1 October 2021 (UTC)

Hi @ Atlantic306 I noticed you reversed my edit on Yung Gravy's infobox photo. Wondering your thoughts on this issue for Wikipedia in general as I'm guessing most artist pages do not have photos with consent from the source or a creative commons license. I think it makes sense to use his photo from Soundcloud since it seems like the most up to date photo that reflects him as an artist. What are your thoughts?
