In a brief of this article the
Template:Manual that has been put at the top of this article seems appropriate. I would suggest plans are made so the contents are made readable to people familiar with another web framework. My advice would be to avoid how-to's and ensure the ratio of prose to examples is high. Wikibooks may be an option for examples etc, though the Yesod project likely has its own documentation. I am not doing this, but unless someone tackles it a substantial page of the current article is likely to get chopped in my opinion. Thankyou.

This is usually something within my alley... I did rewrite
API to be less manual-ly a while back. However, I don't have access to the books that are the sources for this article. If anyone has access to those books I think they could do a pretty good job of rewriting the article. –
