The current version of this article reads like a promotional piece. Was it copied and pasted directly from a government website?
Examples of some of the things that I believe should be changed or removed to move towards NPOV:
Does anyone else agree that this article needs *major* work to move towards NPOV? -- Takeel 01:44, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
The article is totally POV and Takeel has my support in trying to make it NPOV. Rick Norwood 15:15, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
Per discussion on this talk page, I have stubified the article. I hope there is some interest in rebuilding this article beyond just me, but I will work on it as inspiration comes! -- Takeel 18:11, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
