The lady is known as Xinran on her books. I think (though it would be nice if someone could confirm) that this is her personal name and Xue is her family name, which means she's reversed the normal Chinese order. Xue Xinran → Xinran – Per WP:COMMONNAME, all her books are under the name "Xinran", see [1]. "Xinran" also solves the naming order problem of Xue Xinran (Chinese order) vs Xinran Xue (British order).
