Jouni F. Maho's current web site appears to be at [1]. I do not find mention there of the Wutana language. I did notice a comment on another user's page; please see User:Mark_Dingemanse/notes#11_Feb_2005. Here is the old link that appeared in the article:

I see there's a 1965 edition of Notes on the Tribes, Provinces, Emirates and States of the Northern Provinces of Nigeria edited by C. L. Temple, ISBN  0714617288. If someone has access to this, could they check to see if Wutana is mentioned? Keesiewonder 03:26, 24 December 2006 (UTC) reply
