I'm watching this video which mentions the World Citizenship Award in a much different context than the impression the present article gives. Perhaps we need to develop it to cover some critical perspectives? __ meco ( talk) 16:20, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
Stanislav Petrov correctly identified a false alarm during the cold war and decided not to pass up the message of imminent attack. Don't press the big red button. Apparently he won this twice. One of the articles is off. Shtanto ( talk) 13:21, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
