This group was not merely formed to oppose the NEP.
It was formed to oppose the entire regime, eg. also regarding freedom of press, centralistic party organization, the question of socialism in a single country, kind of worker's management and control of production. One of its founders is Gavril Myasnikov.
Unfortunately, no neutral source of its Manifesto from 1923 is available.
