According to the Wall Street Journal, the company will be closing its American Mill in Penn. and move its operations out of the country. The importance of this company is tied to its old roots of 1830, and the fact it was the oldest Textile Mill in the country. "After nearly two centuries, a mill closes and a storied brand ceases to be ‘Made in the U.S.A.’"[1]
