I have upgraded this to a B class but there is still much work to do on the article. I will attempt to clean it up in the next couple weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.--

It isn't necessary to quote the entirety of Bush's remarks. This isn't Wikiquote. I'm pulling that section and turning it into an external link.
