Title, etc.

The current title, Network of agents (Wikalah), is confusing, and inconsistent with the lede The Deputies or Wikalah was a ... and rest of the article. Is the article about a specific organization or a concept used by mutiple organizations? Does one of the following titles/ledes make more sense:

I'm not sure I have it right. I cant figure out if the page creator intended wikalah to mean وكالة (agency), وكلاء (agents), or وكيل (agent). -- Cerebellum ( talk) 20:35, 4 May 2019 (UTC) reply

Unclear meaning.

I'm not entirely sure what this sentence is trying to say: "For example, the ninth Imam, al‑Jawad said to the head of his deputies about installing Al-Hadi as next Imam."
