I disagree. For a novice or student unacquainted with the subject matter, they may not be aware enough to find "Winter Storm Warning" under a different, more generalized classification. The generalized article could be linked, but in my opinion Wikipedia is better served with the article as a landing point in its own right. Robry825, 10 January 2018
