After the Heathrow disruptions, I suspect a separate UK page is no longer in question. - Tenebris
I do think the article is notable. However the article needs considerable work to cut out all the pointless rubbish and possibly a name change to "Late 2010 European cold front" or something instead, because in terms of the record breaking November lows across Europe (not just the UK) the article does cover a notable weather event.
