Someone please put Gayle in the recurring character list. I don't remember enough about her to write a good recap of her character. She was Joe's GF. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.157.7.4 ( talk) 20:15, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
The a-none stuff from April 14 looks like it was copied and pasted from someplace, but I haven't been able to figure out from where. Yet. Wahkeenah 05:35, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
Wahkeenah, I did the character profiles, mostly from memory. I had to double-check a couple of things on my videotapes of the series to make sure I got things in the right order, but the rest came from me. There aren't any comprehensive sites on Wings that I can find; it was a popular series, but not a smash hit like Quantum Leap, and aired before there was the kind of fan presence on the Internet that there is today. If you know of one, I'd love to see it. LadyEternal, 16:42. 21 April 2006 (UTC)
If you say you wrote it yourself, I'll take your word for it. It was a good show, wasn't it? :) Wahkeenah 22:45, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
One of my favorites, as well as my mother's and sister's. I'd have to say the most memorable plot device was Sandy and her obsession with 'Joey-bear'; that one still makes us laugh. It's a tie for my favorite scenes: between Lowell cutting a hole around himself through the floor of the old Hackett house and dropping through to the first floor, and Joe's speech to Helen in the elevator when he convinced her to marry him. "That's our marriage... those are our kids... that's our lifetime." It'll be nice to have the DVDs come out. LadyEternal 23:25, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
Interior scenes were, of course, filmed on a soundstage Is that soundstage as in Soundstage?? I'm no native speaker, so please excuse the stupid question. JanCK 23:31, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
Not sure where to put this but on the recurring characters Gayle is left out. She's the girl Joe started dating after Helen moved. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.152.84.67 ( talk) 05:22, August 22, 2007 (UTC) The entries for Roy and Antonio (and possibly one more. I can't recall) switch from the character "was" played by to "is" played by. - March 16, 09, ubrgeek —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ubrgeek ( talk • contribs) 16:08, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
Why did CBS release the DVD's if the show originally aired on NBC? Anyone know?
I don't really recall which episode, but I do remember it poked fun at the fact that at the time, it was on in reruns on USA Network —Preceding unsigned comment added by Electronis ( talk • contribs) 06:05, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 17:53, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
In the Cheers tie-in section, it is noted that Niles plays the Wings theme in an episode of Frasier. This is both right and wrong. It is unlikely that Niles was playing the Wings theme since it takes place as the same universe as Wings, and therefore there is presumably not a tv show in that universe that has that theme song. Niles was playing the sonata by Schubert, quite reasonable since he is an established lover of the arts. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.82.64.16 ( talk) 07:38, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
I propose that Lowell Mather be merged into Wings (NBC TV series). Lowell Mather is not notable enough for its own page and should be merged with the Wings page. Hirolovesswords ( talk) 00:11, 24 June 2013 (UTC)
