Worth mentioning his involvement in changing the flag to the one used in Toronto today? Apparently he was outspoken about how the previous flag (which was just the city's crest on a white and blue background) wasn't really a flag. - CrocodilesAreForWimps ( talk) 23:07, 10 April 2018 (UTC) reply
