According to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, William Carnegie, seventh earl of Northesk, was born in Hampshire on 10 April 1756. [1] This is somewhat different to the article, which has him as born on 19 April 1758 at Bruntsfield in Edinburgh! -- Malcolmxl5 ( talk) 04:36, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
