DGG, I don't know whether you are watching the page, so I am pinging you here. I have removed the prod template after sourcing the article. The television show certainly existed, and I have added some sources. One may say there is not enough to demonstrate notability at the moment, but an editor with access to the local newspapers of the day should be able to find further coverage of the program at that time.
